What did we do
Pineapple's Hardware Technology teams were wasting hours managing build plans in fragile spreadsheets, leading to operational risks.
As the sole designer on the project, I analyzed stakeholder recordings to create an end-to-end management platform.
This solution eliminated manual inputs, established a traceable system for EPMs, and provided a real-time executive dashboard, reducing manual data entry time by 50% and offering a single source of truth for build status.

Learnings
- •I learned how Pine Apple products are never isolated experiences they are deeply interconnected ecosystems. The Sambar project forced me to think beyond a single screen and design for continuity across devices, contexts, and moments.
- •Pine Apple's design language prioritizes clarity, restraint, and intent. While working on SDBR, I had to repeatedly remove visual and functional noise until only the most essential elements remained.
- •Pine Apple's approach made me step away from short-term wins and think in terms of multi-year evolution, backward compatibility, and sustainable UX patterns.
