  • Slow, click-heavy workflows
  • Unreliable search and filtering
  • Siloed information that caused tool-switching and frustration
  • Ran co-creation workshops, user interviews, and mapped impact metrics (efficiency, productivity, usability, error rate)
  • Prioritized redesign of bulk assessment and search/filter systems
  • Explored concepts: master-detail interface, dashboard + filters, Kanban flow, triage workstation
  • Applied Nokia’s design system thoughtfully and improved accessibility
  • Tested concepts; refined copy to reduce hesitation
